Service Provider

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern access to and use of the Botlane service, a SaaS platform enabling the creation of custom AI chatbots, connectable to the GoHighLevel CRM.

2. Offers and Subscriptions

• Free Plan: 100 free messages at signup (one-time).
• Paid Plans: Three plans with limitations on the number of bots (the last plan being unlimited) and decreasing fees per message.
• Subscriptions are available in monthly or annual plans, without a free trial period.

3. Payment

Payment is processed through the Stripe platform. All subscriptions are automatically renewed until cancellation.

4. Cancellation

The subscription can be cancelled at any time from the user account. No refund is due for periods already started, in accordance with European practices.

Response time: 24 business hours (48h on weekends).

6. Limitation of Liability

Botlane cannot be held responsible for interruptions, bugs or malfunctions of the service, particularly if these are due to third parties such as GoHighLevel or its integrations (Mailgun, etc.).

7. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Spanish law. In case of dispute, the competent courts will be those of the publisher's registered office.
